We were tasked with transforming a 2-bedroom single storey bungalow into a 5-bedroom chalet. The entire process took just 5 months between statutory planning and completion. Our work included a full survey of the bungalow prior to project commencement, overseeing the full building regulation application, as well as the submission and handling of the planning application for council approval.
